This course exists because over the years I’ve worked with a number of clients that struggled with using QuickBooks® Online. It wasn't anything difficult, it was simply the workflow that was causing them problems. So, in this course you’ll learn the changes and techniques I share with my clients that relate to workflow. We’ll cover duplicate tabs, organizing reports, recurring transactions, how and when to use the copy transaction option, bank feeds, bank rules, and keyboard shortcuts. You’ll see step-by-step how to make the changes and how to use the techniques.
The information in this course applies if you use QuickBooks® Online Essentials or QuickBooks® Online Plus. This course doesn't cover anything about QuickBooks® Desktop (QuickBooks® Pro, QuickBooks® Premier, or QuickBooks® Enterprise).
The idea of this training is pretty simple; improve your workflow by using some of QuickBooks® Online's built in features. Doing this should save you time and make you more efficient. Now, this course doesn’t cover everything there is to know about QuickBooks® Online; instead it focuses on seven ways to improve your workflow in QuickBooks® Online Essentials and QuickBooks® Online Plus.
